Inside our early learning program, and how to secure a place for 2027

Choosing early learning for your child is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and it helps to know exactly what your child will be doing all day. Early Learners Hub is a family-owned early learning provider caring for children from 6 weeks to 6 years across our Centres in Albion Park, Blackbutt and, from November 2026, Ulladulla.

Here's a proper look at our program, what makes it different, and how to secure a place for 2027 while spots are still open.

A program that grows with your child

Children don't stay the same for long, so our program changes with them. It's built around three age-based Hubs, each shaped for where a child is developmentally.

In our Nursery Hub, our littlest children are cared for with sensory play, plenty of snuggles and the consistency of familiar educators and routines, all worked out in partnership with families.

As babies grow into busy toddlers, our Toddler Hub gives them room to explore, test what they can do and build the self-help skills that bring independence.

By the time they reach our Preschool Hub, the focus turns to getting ready for school, with early literacy, numeracy and the social skills that first year of school asks for.

What a day looks like

A day at the Hub is full and varied, and all of it is included in the daily fee. Depending on their age, children take part in STEM and construction, nature play and outdoor exploration, art, music and sensory experiences, early literacy and numeracy, and the Munch and Move program that keeps little bodies active. Two of the parts children talk about most at home are our Garden Hub and Cooking Hub, where they grow, pick and cook real food with their educators.

Getting ready for school

For us, school readiness goes beyond pre-reading and pre-writing. It's about preparing a child for everything that comes next, building the confidence and resilience that help them walk into their first classroom ready to have a go. Our Transition to School program and School Readiness Hub bring this together in the year before school.

Why families choose us

A few things set our Centres apart.

  • Every child has three freshly cooked meals a day, prepared on site, including a puree-to-solids menu for our nursery babies, so you never need to pack lunch.

  • The program is planned together with the children, which is where that strong sense of belonging comes from.

  • And because we use a family app, you can see what your child has been doing during the day, from the photo of them elbow-deep in the garden to the recipe they helped make.

  • Everything, from meals to the Garden and Cooking Hub, is part of the daily fee, with no surprise extras.

Across the Illawarra and South Coast

You'll find us in the heart of Albion Park at our Macleay Place and Burdekin Drive Centres, in Blackbutt near the Shellharbour City Centre, and from November 2026 at our new Ulladulla Centre on the South Coast.

Enrolments for 2027 are now open

Enrolments for 2027 are open, and places are limited, especially in our nursery and preschool rooms where demand is highest. If you're thinking about care for next year, the best next step is to come and see a Centre for yourself. You can book a tour at any of our Centres, or start your enrolment whenever you're ready. We'd love to meet your family.
